Her tenure spans non-profit, government, entertainment and agency roles, where she has made an impact leading integrated teams and growing business through strategic marketing and communications.
Sarah started The B!G IDEA because, well, she has lots of ideas… but also because she is unapologetically passionate about branding, creative storytelling and big picture thinking that makes an impact.
Sarah is a mother of two and a strong advocate for female empowerment. She believes in the success of the women beside her, and believes we should teach our daughters to raise each other up, rather than tear each other down. This means lateral thinking, matrixed work environments and an agency that will put women first.
Her experience includes rebranding a national membership organization, marketing and advertising for five Ontario casinos, leading marketing and PR at several high-profile non-profits, launching two new television stations, several restaurants and building award-winning national social media campaigns for lottery games.
